This color variant bears an inscribed date of September 1981 and
is signed in gold by the actor and sealed by him in read.   It is
possible that it was reissued to commemorate a revival of
Kagotsurube Sato no Eizame at the Kabuki-za in September 1980
that starred Utaemon VI, or some intervening regional production.
