        Note: I can find no record of Sadanji
        II performing this role in Tokyo in
        the 1920s.  His most immediate
        prior performance in this role in
        Tokyo was at the Meiji-za in
        January 1918,  It is possible that this
        piece reflects a performance outside
        of Tokyo.  The envelope for Set #5
        is shown in the Chikamine entry for
