Note:  It is unclear whether this print depicts a specific actor in the role
of Hôkaibô.  However, it is possible that it depicts Nakamura Kanzaburô
XVI (中村勘三郎), who portrayed Hokaibo in a production of
Sumidagawa Gonichi no Omokage at the Kabuki-za in Tokyo in August
