 Note: I can find no record of Kikugorô VI performing this role
before the date of this publication.  I therefore believe it depicts
Kikugorô V, who performed the role at the Shintomi-za in Tokyo in
October 1883, at the Meiji-za in Tokyo in June and July 1896, and
at the Kabuki-za in Tokyo in July 1901.
