Note: Baikô VI performed this role in Tokyo at
the Teikoku Gekijô in November 1917. He
also portrayed a character called Yamanba in
a play called Wakakusa Ashigara no Tsuki
(嫩草足柄之月) at the Ichimura-za in May 1921
which may or may not involve the same character.
