Note: Although it is not clear the time period that Nobukata
was active, it is believed to have been in the 1920s.   During
that period, Uzaemon XV performed this role in Tokyo at the 
Kabuki-za in March 1921, at the Teikoku Gekij˘ in June 1922,
at the Kabuki-za in February 1927, at the Teikoku Gekij˘ in
November 1927, and at the Kabuki-za in February 1929.

Note: Although it is not clear the time period that Nobukata
was active, it is believed to have been in the 1920s.   During
that period, Enjaku II performed this role in Tokyo at the
H˘gaku-za in November 1924 and the Asakusa Shochiku-za
in February 1926.  However, it could also represent a regional
performance since the Kyoto printmaker Yoshikawa Kanp˘
also designed a print of Enjaku II in this role in 1924.
